How do I book a teepee party?
Please complete the Firefly Celebrations Inquire Form. Within 24 hours you will receive a email from us with your party proposal based on availability.

A signed contract along with your 50% deposit will confirm your date and theme. Submit final headcount and balance 10 days before event. You're all set for a fantastic time!!

How much space is needed?
Each teepee and airbed will need 42" x  75" to set up. You will want to leave a space between facing tents for a walking path. If you want to discuss your space, contact us. On delivery day we will work with you to decide the best and safest layout for your event. 


​​Do you have to come to my house to see the space before you quote me?No, for your convenience, we ask that you please send pictures of your space on the day that your setup is scheduled to take place along with your open space measurement. That way, we can provide the best layout according to the shape and size of the area intended for the party. As long as you go by our listed measurements, we will be able to set up a great event! Please note that all 36 hour DIY parties are set up on your own

Where are your delivery areas?

Included with our packages, we deliver parties within a 20 mile radius of Marlton NJ. Parties outside of that area will require additional fees for travel which will be included in your quote.  ​


How much is the deposit?
A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to event date including a $100 damage fee (refundable). Paties booked within two weeks of event will require full payment at the of time of booking. 

What is a damage deposit?
A $100 damage deposit is a refundable fee that is returned after inspection of rental equipment. If any damages are accrued during a rental, an itemized price list will be sent summarizing the damage charges. If any amount of the damage fees are left over, it will be refunded to the customer within 48 hours. The damage deposit is due with final payment 10 days prior to the event. 

When is the final payment due?
The final payment is due 10 days prior to the date of the event. If payment is not received the security deposit will be forfeited.

How long is the rental period?
DIY rentals are 36 hours allowing you free time to set up your event.

All other package rental periods are 24 hours, depending on circumstances. Some pick up times can be set up earlier than 24 hours depending on needs.  Some people rent tents for movie nights forgoing an entire night sleepover. If this is your plan, let us know so we can make sure to provide equipment that best meets your event plans. If you decide your party needs to runs for an extra day or two, we're happy to accommodate if possible. Please note that there is a fee of $50 teepee per night charge. If you would like extra nights for sure, extra nights must be scheduled during booking.

How is equipment cleaned?

We have strict cleaning protocols in place to keep our clients safe and our sleepover materials immaculately clean. Our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use and stored with care. Professional laundry service is used on all of our bedding with all other equipment sanitized with steam or hypo-allergenic American made products. ​

 

What can I do to prepare for setup day?

  • All furniture and breakables must be moved before our arrival. Our team cannot assist with moving furniture. The more space the better!

 

  • The area in which we are setting up must be smoke free. Please note, parties will not be set up if smoking or wood fireplace use occurs inside.

 

  • We absolutely love fur babies, but please keep pets in a secure area away from tents to prevent them from puncturing the air mattresses and help keep rentals looking pristine.The party area must remain pet free for the setup and duration of the party rental. 


What if I need to cancel my party?

We understand that things come up. If a party is cancelled 10 or more days prior to the event date, the deposit is refundable. If cancelled less than 10 days prior to the event, your deposit is non-refundable but it is transferable.  Transferable deposits can be used to reschedule a new event based on calendar and theme availability tp take place within 90 days. 

How long does set up take?

Our team is focused on keeping parties stress free . We will safely and efficiently set up your event in 1-3 hours depending on your theme, the location of the party, outside steps, etc how many teepees. and how many quests are included in your package. If we anticipate needing a longer set up window, that will be included in proposal information. 

I have a special theme for my party. Can you accommodate?

Any theme can be customized for a additional charge of approximately $50 to $200 depending on request and number of guest. Make a custom request on our Firefly Celebrations Inquiry Form

Can I request props?

Yes! Let's Talk about it! When booking your package, select your party props from the add-ons listed.  If there is something extra special you would like to add-on to your event not seen, let’s chat! We are happy to discuss and provide a special touch that's perfect for your party! Additional pricing will apply.

What colors do you have?

Pink, yellow, purple, green, blue...we know you might have that favorite color! Request a special color for one of our current themes at no additional charge. These requests are subject to inventory availability.

What if I need to add or remove teepees at the last minute?

Last-minute additions to guest lists sometimes happen. We understand. That's why we are willing to do our best to accommodate. Adding tents may be possible depending on availability. The fee for each additional teepee is $65. If a teepee needs to be removed at the last minute that's okay too, however the original booking fee will remain as the party will already be packed.

Do your teepees work for adults, too?

Sure. These parties are great for all ages? All teepees are 5 ft. tall and can accommodate most adults. Adult teepee sleepover themes are considered custom. Please contact us for more details and color/theme options. We have a nice Boho black and white party that might be right for your event.

Do you have different tent sizes?
All teepees are 5 ft. tall and can accommodate adults or children. Air mattresses are all twin-sized.

What options do you have for boys parties?
We have a bunch of options boys love! We can create a theme they'll love like Gamer, Sharks, Camping, Sports themes and more! Contact us to discuss your custom theme ideas if you need to get more creative!

Who will be coming to my home to set up and break down the teepees?

We will! No subcontracting here! I, the owner of the business, and one or two trained  assistants will come set your teepees up and then return to break them down at the designated time.

Do you have a DIY option?
Yes! We offer this option with easy to assemble party theme elements where you can make your own magic happen. This option includes drop off of everything you will need and breakdown, pack up and pickup the next day. Someone must be at location to receive party drop off.

Can I have my party in a hotel or clubhouse?
While we cannot accommodate hotel room parties, we can accommodate clubhouse rentals or large space rentals as long as space is suited for our equipment and consent is given. Reach out to us so we can discuss the details.

Can I have my party in my backyard?

Sorry, we do not offer outside sleepover parties at this time. We do not like to see parties get disrupted by unpredictable weather events.

How far in advance should I book my party?
Parties should be booked 1 - 2 months in advance to allow for best date and theme choices. If booked within 2 weeks prior to the date of the event, the full balance for the party must be paid at booking. Parties are sometimes possible to be booked later than 10 days before if you work with us based on our calendar and pay a rush fee. 

Are your teepees safe? How are they secured?

Teepees are secured at the top with rope and have non-slip feet at the bottom. Once open, they do not move.

Do you do day rentals?
Yes! Rent one of our teepees for your new baby photo shoot, wedding, picnic or outside birthday party to open gifts in. One tent rentals can be rented for the day and may be set up outdoors for your celebration. Pickup times are negotiable within 24 hours. 

Do I need a power supply?
Yes for sleepovers. We use extension cords to inflate the air mattresses and some extra options require a safe place to plug in. If you do not want anything plugged in overnight, please add that to your inquiry so we can establish an all battery party.

Outdoor single teepee rentals do not require a power supply, set ups will use battery fairy lighting only.
